REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At Magproactive, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. If you encounter any issues with your order, we’ve outlined our updated Return & Refund Policy to ensure a smooth and clear process.
Exchange and Refund Policy
- Customers must return the product at their own expense for exchanges. A refund will be issued as a voucher, usable for a future purchase.
- For returns or exchanges, refunds will be provided via a voucher code, redeemable on future orders.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Cancelled orders are eligible for a refund via voucher code if not yet dispatched. If dispatched, refunds will be processed upon refusal of delivery.
Cancellation Procedure
Changed your mind? No problem! You can cancel your order within 24 hours by emailing us your order ID and reason for cancellation. However, once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may still return it if faulty, as per our policy.
Faulty Product Returns
In the rare event you receive a faulty product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video(s). We will arrange an exchange for the same product. If the product is unavailable, a voucher code equal to the product value will be issued within 10 working days upon receiving and verifying the product at our warehouse. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Return Shipping Policy
Please note that the customer is responsible for returning the product at their own cost. Ensure that the returned products are unused, unwashed, and include original packaging and tags. Items without tags will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Refund Conditions
Refunds will be issued as voucher codes under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment
- Adherence to our refund policy
- At the discretion of our customer support staff
Shipping charges will not be refunded in any case.

Unethical Order & Cancellation Policy
Orders placed unethically, including those made through technical glitches or offer misuse, will be cancelled without a refund or voucher code.
